The 5th Paris Saint-Germain Academy Cup Brazil showcases young talent
The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Cup Brasil is back for its 5th edition from 12th to 18th December 2023 at the Estadio Beira-Rio in Porto Alegre, one of the iconic stadiums of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. More than 1,200 young footballers from the various PSG Academies in Brazil will be taking part in this major tournament, accompanied by more than 2,000 parents, making it the biggest Paris Saint-Germain Academy gathering in the world!
The PSG Academy Cup Brazil offers a competitive sporting experience, bringing together teams from all the Club's academies in the land of Joga Bonito. Over the course of an exciting week, young boys and girls aged between 7 and 13 will be immersed in the excitement of this tournament. In a dynamic, family atmosphere, the 1,200 participants, divided into 100 teams, will take to the pitch at the Estadio Beira-Rio in Porto Alegre. The tournament will close with a ceremony to present the trophies to the winners in each category, followed by a friendly and festive party.

Since 2014, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy has been established in Brazil, now boasting 42 centres, making it the Club's largest academy outside France. More than 450 instructors, specifically trained in Paris Saint-Germain methodology, provide personalised support for the 15,000 Brazilian members. This takes the form of a regular football school, occasional training camps and the annual organisation of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Cup Brazil since 2018.
