Paris Saint-Germain strengthens executive leadership team as club continues next phase of ambitious development and transformation on and off the field

Paris Saint-Germain President and CEO Nasser Al-Khelaïfi announced today to the Club's employees, gathered at the emblematic Parc des Princes stadium, the new organization put in place to drive the Club’s next phase of ambitious development, continuing Paris Saint-Germain's transformation under QSI into one of the world's leading football, multi-sports, lifestyle and business franchises.

Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has appointed and elevated five new talents from inside and outside the club, all recognized for their industry-leading expertise and diverse experience, both in France and globally.

Victoriano Melero, the club's General Secretary, and Marc Armstrong, Chief Revenue Officer, have new elevated and expanded responsibilities, taking over the duties previously performed by the club's CEO. Victoriano Melero will oversee all of the club's support, financial and operations divisions, while Marc Armstrong will direct the Parisians' strategy in all revenue-generating areas.

Fabien Allègre, the club's Chief Brand Officer who has been instrumental in developing the Paris Saint-Germain brand around the world, will take on the role of Deputy Director of the Paris Saint-Germain Foundation, which is at the heart of the club's strategy for the coming years.

Alongside them, two new top executives will join the club to lead the communications strategy. Michelle Gilbert, previously Director of Communications at Meta for France and Southern Europe, has been appointed Chief Corporate Communications Officer. She teams up with Pascal Ferré, former Editor-in-Chief of France Football and Director of the Ballon d'Or, who takes on the role of Chief First Team Communications Officer. Together, they will lead all aspects of the club's communications – coordinated with QSI’s wider strategy and business objectives – supporting and consolidating Paris Saint-Germain's leading position on and off the pitch in France and globally.

Various other external and internal appointments will be announced in due course.
