'No other choice'

The President of the Helsinki PSG Fan Club, Mikko shares with PSG.FR his daily routine since the start of the health crisis.

After being impacted by the spread of Covid-19 later than other countries, Finland this week entered into a State of Emergency. "The schools are shut, everyone has to stay at home, the roads are deserted... it's a real strange sensation, explained Mikko. "A week ago, we all came together to follow the match between Paris and Dortmund, and now we are all stuck at home in lockdown."

A situation that worries, of course, and that calls for caution: "The most worrying thing is most definitely the uncertainty around the length of the lockdown. It's a very strange thing to experience, but we have no other choice but to respect the rules in order to fight the spread."

Mikko had booked a hotel to come and watch a match at the Parc des Princes before the end of the season, but he has had to reorganise his plans: "Everything was booked, but of course, we won't be able to travel when we wanted to. We will wait to see what happens. In any case, the priority is to get out of this crisis."
