Nenê: 'The Parc, my second home'

Anderson Luis de Carvalho, better known to Paris Saint-Germain fans as Nenê, will be a special guest for Tuesday's UEFA Champions League match against Club Brugge.

Nenê, HOW IS IT TO BE COMING BACK TO THE pARC DES PRINCES?

"I'm really happy! Really. It warms my heart, because the Parc is a little bit like my second home. I had some incredible times there. And it's going to bring back some very good memories."

YOU'RE 40 YEARS OLD AND STILL PLAYING AT Vasco de Gama. WHAT's your secret?

"I think I owe it to discipline, love of football, loving a challenge, and the determination to go beyond the limits of age, which very few players have been able to do. And I'm very competitive. I think that has also helped me to keep playing at a good level. I'm really happy to still be on the pitch, and playing for one of the biggest Brazilian teams. And I hope to keep it going."

WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER FROM YOUR TIME IN PARIS?

"I only have good memories. Many special moments and the fact to have been able to play in the shirt that some of my idols also wore, such as Rai and Ronaldinho. And it's an honour for me to have written my name in the history of this incredible club. I remember the great goals, the good performances, finishing top scorer in a very difficult league. For me, those are the best years of my career in Europe."

WHAT'S THE BEST GOAL YOU SCORED WITH PARIS?

"There were a lot of good goals with Paris, but I'm going to choose the one against Valenciennes (11/12/10). We were leading 1-0, Valenciennes equalised. It was a very difficult match, with a lot of pressure. At the end, I found the top corner from distance after a great move. It was my speciality: a left-foot curler."

AND YOUR PREDICTION FOR Paris - BrugGe?

"I would say 3-0. I hope Paris will play well. We're already through, but we want to see a good show for the fans."
