“ICI C’EST PARIS” album release

“ICI C’EST PARIS” (“This is Paris”) is a slogan, a chant, a state of mind, of supporters, Parisians, the entire Rouge et Bleu community, of Paris Saint-Germain, the club from the French capital, which in the space of a few short years has become one of the most popular in France and the world, both on and off the pitch.

To mark the club’s tenth Ligue 1 title win, the Parisian club and the music world came together once more in the shape of a unique piece by N’Seven7, which was used on the club’s social media posts celebrating the title. That first step, that first sound, was merely the start and paved the way for the arrival of a multiple-artist album entitled Ici c’est Paris.

A homage to the everyday lives of Parisian youth, the album Ici c’est Paris launches today with a video revealing the first few names in a mega line-up of French and international artists: Ckay, Leto, Koba LaD, Mig, Omah Lay, Timal, Capo Plaza, Guy2Bezbar, Hornet La Frappe, Naza, DA Uzi, Driks, Bolemvn and Vegedream.

ABOUT REC. 118:

Label of Warner Music France, Rec. 118 was created in 2015 by the current director William Edorh. Originally a simple little work cell, Rec. 118 bet on the development of young talents such as Ninho or Aya Nakamura, accompanying them during their ascension to the top of the charts. With them, the label accumulates success and records while still gaining new artists. Soprano, Sch, Hamza, Leto, Hornet La Frappe, Gambi or DA Uzi represent the achievement of Rec. 118 which implanted itself as one of the most dynamic and influent structure in the French rap and urban music sphere. The great strength of the label is the cohesion between its artists who often collaborate, and all got together in 2021 for a collective album. With innovative promotional campaigns and a strong desire to discover new talents, Rec. 118 relies on its current success to build new ones with the artists of tomorrow.
