The former Paris Saint-Germain defender (113 matches, 10 goals between 1995 and 1998) received a fitting tribute as he attended Sunday's league game with Lyon.

The ex-France international (6 caps), born in Lyon and who came through the OL youth academy to the first team (254 matches, 13 goals between 1988 and 1995) before winning the Cup Winners' Cup in 1996 and the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue, both in 1998, with the capital club, took part in the  pre-match live and received a shirt before watching the game.
