Angel Di Maria passes Safet Susic’s goal tally!
By scoring a brace in the 3-0 victory against Rennes this Saturday November 7 at the Parc des Princes on Matchday 10 of Ligue 1, the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder bagged his 85th and 86th goals in all competitions for the club from the capital.
The Argentina international, whose 86 goals have come in 229 official matches since he arrived in Paris in 2015, passes Susic’s tally of 85 goals in 345 games for the Rouge et Bleu between 1982 and 1991.
