Cavani scores as Uruguay clinch top spot in Group A

By beating Russia 3-0 in their third FIFA World Cup 2018, Edinson Cavani's Uruguay - who had already qualified for the round of 16 - clinched top spot in Group A, setting up a clash with Group B's second-placed side.

Luis Suarez opened the scoring form a free-kick (10), before Cheryshev put through his own net (22') and Edinson Cavani scored the Celeste's third and final goal with a point-blank finish (90').
