Verratti and Italy into Euro final!

Italy, featuring Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti defeated Spain in a penalty shootout to qualify for final of Euro 2021.

Italy won the shootout 4-2 after the match had ended 1-1 after extra time. Verratti's Paris teammate Pablo Sarabia missed the game for Spain with a hamstring injury.

Italy will meet either England or Denmark in the final, to be played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 11 July at 21:00 CET.
