The Paris Saint-Germain Women's coach and Perle Morroni looked back on their defeat against Olympique Lyonnais on Wednesday 24 March in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women's Champions League.

"The result doesn't reflect the way the match went, with our very good first half. We put all of our heart into it. The girls had an incredible match. They showed lots of excellent stuff, real quality. We are disappointed, but it's only half-time. We were lacking that famous final touch. Les Lyonnaises have experience but I remained convinced that we are capable of going and getting an excellent result in Lyon. We cannot afford to overthink things. A huge test awaits us in the league and in the Champions League."

"We put in a really good first half, but we were unable to convert our chances. We still have the match at their place and we will do all we can to score two goals in Lyon. We lacked a bit of incisiveness because technically and in our duels, we were well set-up. We are motivated and focused. We need to be determined to go to Lyon to win and to score as many as possible."
