Check out what Raul Gonzalez and Luc Steins had to say after Paris Saint-Germain Handball's defeat by Kielce (24-25) in the EHF Champions League Final4 semi-final.
RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):
"We got off to a good start, even though we had a few problems in defence. But we put that right in the second half. In attack, both teams made a lot of mistakes. We made a few mistakes and Kielce were very good. They have our respect and congratulations to them. Everyone was tired. It was difficult to keep the ball and play for qualification. We were under a lot of pressure, although that's no excuse. That's the Final4. This match was all about defence, clearly..."
LUC STEINS (CENTRE-HALF - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL):
"Kielce played very well. It was a real battle and the difference was a question of details. Defences took precedence over attacks in this match and they and we weren't able to score as many goals as usual... That's also what cost us the match. Of course, I'm very disappointed, but I hope that this match can still be useful for us going forward.
Malgré une balle récupérée dans les dernières secondes, Paris n'ira pas en finale de la Ligue des Champions.
