Check out what Raul Gonzalez, David Balaguer and Elohim Prandi had to say after Paris Saint-Germain Handball's fine 34-37 victory in Saint-Raphael.
RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):
"We're very satisfied tonight. It's always very complicated to come here and play in this atmosphere against this team. We got off to a poor start, particularly in defence, where our system wasn't working and where we were taking too many shots from distance. We had to adapt and switch to a 5-1 defence. In the second half, we played much better, which allowed us to play the last five minutes more calmly. We're lucky enough to be playing in a final against Nantes on Friday. We're capable of winning in Paris and becoming French champions on home turf."
DAVID BALAGUER (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL RIGHT-WINGER):
"We made a lot of mistakes and missed a lot of passes and shots, especially in the first half. But we knew that if we were patient, we'd come back and that's what we did. We didn't panic and that will serve us well for the next few games. It's two more points! Now for the final."
ELOHIM PRANDI (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL LEFT-BACK):
"Saint-Raphaël caught us off guard by playing their game, being aggressive and hitting their shots from distance. But that's the mental strength we've built up this season. We never give up and we managed to turn things around. We had to stay focused and adjust our game. It was a good match and we're ready for the decisive one against Nantes at home."
