In an exceptional performance against Limoges (37-26), Paris Saint-Germain Handball goalkeeper Andreas Palicka broke a world handball record.
Not content with sealing victory for Les Rouge et Bleu in his favourite role with 16 saves (48% save rate), the Swedish international also turned his hand to scoring goals. And how! From his own area, Pale' managed to score five goals (from as many attempts), which is nothing less than a record in a professional handball match for a goalkeeper.

It's worth noting that he beat the performance of another former Parisian goalkeeper - now general manager of the capital club - Thierry Omeyer, who scored four times in 2016 against Saint-Raphaël. Unsurprisingly, Andreas also features in the team of the week for Liqui Moly StarLigue Matchday 26.
