Paris to host Nantes in the Coupe de France semis

Paris Saint-Germain will take on Nantes in the Coupe de France semis on Tuesday 2 or Wednesday 3 April at the Parc des Princes.

Four-time reigning holders Paris Saint-Germain - who have won the competition a record 12 times (in 1982, 1983, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) - and who eliminated Pontivy (4-0), Strasbourg (2-0), Villefranche (3-0 a.e.t.) and Dijon (3-0), will play host to the side currently ranked 14th in Ligue 1 Conforama, who made it to the semis by beating Châteauroux (4-1), Sannois-Saint-Gratien (1-0), Toulouse (2-0), and Vitré (2-0 on Wednesday night). Nantes have won the Coupe de France three times in their history: 1979, 1999 and 2000.

The two sides have already met this season: in Ligue 1 Conforama's Week 19, in Paris, when Les Rouge et Bleu won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kylian Mbappé (68'). Paris and Nantes were set to face off at the Stade de la Beaujoire in their Week 28 fixture next weekend, but the match was postponed.
