Ahead of the trip to Metz the Portugal international spoke to PSG TV about the exciting upcoming Ligue 1 run in.
Danilo, we're coming to the end of a crazy season in which four teams are separated by just three points at the top of ligue 1. Were you expecting such a close league table when you joined?
"I thought it would be tough and I knew that it would be a high level league because there are some great competitive sides. But it's true that playing in Ligue 1, I've found just how hard of a league it is. It's tactical, very physical and there are some really technical players too. Honestly every game is a new challenge and it's not easy to when them in Ligue 1. We saw it once more against Saint-Etienne, you can't let your guard down in this league."
are you speaking about the run in as a team?
"Yes, sometimes in the dressing room we speak about those three or four teams fighting for the title and how hard this season is. We know that we can't slip up because they're right there with us and we need to win every game."
