PSG Academy World Cup 2025: an exceptional ninth edition

News

From 17 to 21 May 2025, Paris staged the ninth edition of the PSG Academy World Cup.

In total, 39 teams took part across three categories (U11 boys, U13 boys and U15 girls), playing matches in a competitive but convivial atmosphere. Over five days, the players got the chance to use the club's facilities and to explore some of the iconic monuments of the French capital.

A BUSY WEEK

On 17 May, the delegations were presented to fans at the Parc des Princes ahead of the final league match of the season against Auxerre. The youngsters then took in the game as well as the post-match title celebrations.

Over the following two days, they played out the group stage at PSG Campus. There were also a number of activities, such as a cruise on the Seine that not only gave them a chance to discover Paris, but also bond with other delegations.

May 20 was finals days on the Parc des Princes pitch with a spectacular trophy ceremony and stadium visit before a great post-tournament party.

The following day, those who wished to do so had the opportunity to finish their trip with a day at Disneyland Paris, providing a magical end to a memorable stay.
