Association

In charge of the club's amateur men's section, the Paris Saint-Germain Handball Association also manages all activities related to the women's and youth teams.

The renewal of the agreement signed in 2017 — in effect from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2028 — gave new scope to the partnership between the association and the professional section.

With over 800 licensed members and 35 registered teams, the association has experienced remarkable growth since its creation in 1996. Supervised by 21 qualified salaried coaches and around ten volunteers, handball in Rouge & Bleu colors now spreads across Paris, with sessions held in 12 gymnasiums rented from the City of Paris.

Paris Saint-Germain Handball Association is now the No. 1 club in the Île-de-France region and the national leader in number of licensed players since the 2021/2022 season.

This ongoing success is reflected in strong competitive results, such as the U18 French Championship title in 2022. From U13 to U18, both boys’ and girls’ teams compete at the highest level in their categories.

Many young players have come through the association before joining the training center or even the professional team — including Adama Keïta, Dylan Nahi, Gauthier Lauredon, Sadou Ntanzi, and Wallem Peleka.

Paris Saint-Germain Handball is about performance and progression — but also a life project, an educational and social commitment in Paris and Greater Paris.

Laurent Martini, President of the PSG Handball Association

An approach focused on progress and personal development, aimed at all audiences and all levels: initiatives with people with disabilities, handball discovery sessions and homework support for girls facing academic challenges, outreach in priority neighborhoods, activities for young people who don’t go on holiday, and the promotion of inclusive and health-focused sport (Handfit).
