The women's team lay down the law

Olivier Echouafni's side rolled over FC Metz 5-1 in Saturday's league encounter.

After their 11-0 win over Olympique de Marseille, the Rouge et Bleu soon got moving again with Khelifi opening the scoring inside the opening 60 seconds (1-0, 1'). Their one-touch passing play caused their opponents untold problems, and Périsset, who was busy on the right side throughout, pulled a cross back for Katoto to add a second (2-0, 32). A superb Katoto shot that rocketed into the top corner made it three before the break and Paris were cruising (3-0, 41').

The break did nothing to halt their momentum: Katoto won a penalty that Nadim tucked away (4-0, 49') before Gordon found a way past Endler to pull one back (4-1, 58'). Katoto though capped a fine individual performance with a sublime goal, beating two defenders before crashing a shot into the net off the underside of the crossbar (5-1, 83'). It was the Paris forward's seventh goal in just three games. Next up: a Coupe de France Last 16 tie at Rodez on 1 February (kick-off 14.15CET)
