Griedge Mbock's first training session

News

Paris Saint-Germain's new defender took part in her first training session at the Campus PSG on Thursday 15 August.

After arriving in Poissy on Thursday, Griedge Mbock took her first steps at the Campus PSG. It was an opportunity for her to meet her new coach and technical staff, as well as her new team-mates. The French international signed a contract with Paris Saint-Germain at the beginning of July, before joining Les Bleues for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The capital club's new player was one of the most used by Hervé Renard during the competition, who started her in every match.

After a few days of well-deserved rest, it was time for the new Rouge et Bleu defender to get back into the swing of things. On the agenda: a session in the gym before heading out onto the pitch for her first training session with the Parisians. Having arrived from Olympique Lyonnais after seven seasons with the Rhone-based club, Griedge Mbock is undoubtedly one of the most experienced players in Fabrice Abriel's squad. She has collected a total of twenty trophies with her former club, including six UEFA Women's Champions League titles, seven D1 titles, four Coupes de France and three Trophées des Championnes.

The 29-year-old could already bring all her experience and talent to her new team in a friendly against Le Havre on Thursday.
