France defeated Nigeria 1-0 to qualify top of their group in the FIFA Women's World Cup.

Wendy Renard's late penalty gave Corinne Diacre's side a maximum nine points in Group A. Eve Perisset played the full 90 minutes while Paris Saint-Germain teammates Grace Geyoro and Kadi Diani were second-half substitutes.
