The Academy hits London!

In early 2018, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy England launched its Player Development Program for pivate school students in England, in addition to its football and language school holiday camps.

Designed by Paris Saint-Germain Academy technical director Pierre-Yves Bodineau and Head coach Benjamin Houri, the Player Development Program enjoyed huge success with the students and their parents, particularly impressed by the quality of the organisation.

Installed at the Bethany School in Kent and the Oakhill School in Lancashire, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy England was intent on finding a home in the capital London.

That has been achieved with the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and the Harris Academy St Johns Wood, in the north of the city, joining forces.

Each week, 60 students of the school benefit from the programs of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy England. Throughout the year, the coaches train and advise the youngsters to ensure their constant progression, but also to learn the philosophy and values of Paris Saint-Germain.

Throughout the season, the children also learn about recovery and nutrition, both essential for playing good football. This year has been a huge success for the kids, their parents and the Harris Academy St Johns Wood.

Given the overwhelming success of the Player Development Program, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy England is already examining the possibility of opening further academies in London, Essex, Birmingham and Durham.
