Academy coaches in training
Last Tuesday, Benjamin Houri, Head Coach of the Paris Saint Germain Academy, welcomed the future Technical Directors of the academies in Turkey and Saudi Arabia for an intensive four-day training camp.
Former professional player Hamza Gezmiş is the new Paris Saint Germain Academy in Turkey. Klemen Gradisar will take charge of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy in Djeddah. Under the direction of Benjamin Houri, the two coaches trained in both theory and practice to learn the best ways to transmit the fotballing philosophy and identity of the club as well as its values.
At first the training took place at Paris Saint Germain headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt with a theory session outlining the methodology and philosophy of Paris Saint-Germain.
Then the coahes headed to the Ooredoo Training Centre where they watched the youth academy U17 and U19 teams in training, to see how the theory is applied.
