Academy Brazil takes part in Disney Cup!
During the winter holidays in Brazil, a number of kids from the PSG Academy travelled to take part in a host of international tournaments.
That was the case for the 60 kids that travelled to Orlando Florida for the Disney Cup at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The six teams from the Academy enjoyed an exceptional schedule that mixed football and visits to the numerous attraction parks in the region.
Aged between 9 and 15 years of age and entered in the 'Silver' draw, five of the six sides qualified for the semi-finals. The U10s, coached by Lucas Almeida, who qualified for the final thanks to their discipline and desire!
It was a fantastic event for all that took part, including the members of the technical commission, including Felipe Arantes, Vitor Santos, Leandro Riquelme, Giovanni Pontes, Matheus Justen and PSG Academy Rio director Rodrigo Pian.
A few weeks earlier, another PSG Academy Brazil group travelled to Portugal and the Iber Cup in Estoril.
The U13 led by Gustavo Duarte made it all the way to the semi-final and took advantage of their trip to drop in on their friends at the PSG Academy Portugal.
