Paris Saint-Germain Handball goalkeeper Vincent Gérard had a great match against Flensburg on Thursday night (33-30), with one of his saves included among the Best Saves of EHF Champions League Matchday 12.
Our last defender has done it with style. In addition to stopping nine German shots, the Parisian keeper made an impressive double save. When Flensburg right-back Franz Semper tried his luck from the edge of nine-metre area, Vincent parried with his left hand. The ball fell for Flensburg, but Vincent had the answer once again and prevented the Flensburgers from scoring. This stellar double save earned a place among the five best saves of the week in the EHF Champions League.
