Raul Gonzalez: "Important points"

Réactions

Check out what Raul Gonzalez and Jannick Green had to say after the victory over Tremblay (30-26) at Coubertin on Liqui Moly StarLigue Matchday 25.

Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):

"We started the match badly, especially in attack. Fortunately, we were able to lift our game as the minutes went by. We were more clinical in attack and more solid in defence. Then we managed to control the game, especially at the start of the second half. We let our guard down a little in the final minutes, but we're very happy with the result. We picked up some important points, which allows us to firm in top spot."

Jannick Green (goalkeeper, Paris Saint-Germain Handball):

"We were up against a very good Tremblay team. We didn't play with the necessary intensity at the start of the match, but we managed to find our rhythm after that. The end of the season is going to be very interesting. The gap is small and the other teams are very strong. We have to win all our matches. That's our ambition, and I think we did what we had to do tonight. I'm happy to have broken my save record (23 saves). I can't do it alone, the defence helped me a lot. It was a real team effort."
