More victories
On Saturday, three nations with Parisians among their number, were in 2019 World Cup action. Once again, they were all victorious.
Norway - Saudi Arabia: 40-21
Among the bigger results of the day was Norway's hammering Saudi Arabia in Group C. Without Sander Sagosen, but with Magnus Rod shooting 9 from 11 and Espen Lie Hansen 8 from 10, the Scandinavians dominated to clinch a second-straight victory. They take on Austria on Monday.

Germany - Brazil: 34-21
Germany, one of the host nations, also fulfilled their mission, with captain Uwe Gensheimer top-scoring in the match (and now also the tournament, with 17 goals) with 10 from 13. It was no more than Germany needed, however, faced with a tough Brazil side who had posed The Experts plenty of problems 24 hours earlier (24-22). Before taking on France on Tuesday, the 2016 European champions face Russia on Friday afternoon.

Denmark - Tunisia: 36-22
The tournament's other host nation, Denmark, were also in action. Despite still being without Henrik Toft Hansen, the Olympic Champions turned in an excellent performance. Mikkel Hansen played a key role and was among the top scorers with 7 from 9. On Monday, Denmark face Saudi Arabia, also at the Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning, ahead of the crunch clash with Norway in their final group-stage match on Thursday.
