Kim Ekdahl Du Rietz: 'I'm happy, but...'

Jesus Gonzalez, Benoit Kounkoud and Kim Ekdahl Du Rietz gave us their thoughts after a difficult win over Chambéry Lidl StarLigue round 6 action.

Jesus Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball assistant coach):
"It was a complicated match. We missed a lot of shots. Even if today was a very difficult game for us, I think that at one point we defended very well. In attack, there is still room for improvement. It's not fluid enough and we need to be even stronger. But every season, we have our share of tough games, which is normal. The important thing is to make sure you win matches like these."

Kim Ekdahl Du Rietz (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left-back):
"I find it difficult to be completely satisfied. I'm obviously happy with the win but we lost possession, we missed shots and, defensively, we lacked concentration in the second half."

Benoit Kounkoud (Paris Saint-Germain Handball right-winger):
"We knew what to expect with this team from Chambéry. Even though we were at home, it was a difficult match. But we were able to stay serious despite losing the upper hand in attack for a while. Defensively, we managed to counter or block their shots and stay ahead. We're very happy to maintain our momentum with this new win. Now we'll be able to rest before preparing for our game against Celje on Sunday."
