Paris Saint-Germain Handball's EHF Champions League adventure came to an end on Thursday with a 32-31 defeat in Barcelona. That didn't stop two of our players from shining and being duly recognised for their excellence.
JANNICK ON PARADE
Jannick had a fine game in the Parisian goal, saving 12 shots in spectacular fashion. His late save from Hampus Wanne was a particular highlight. Our Danish 'keeper won his close-range duel by stopping the ball with a firm left hand. It was one of the five finest saves of the week in the Champions League.

THE POWER OF ELOHIM
Be it on the French or European stage, Elohim is a force to be reckoned with. This time, it was Barcelona's defence that paid the price. The French international was well over nine metres out when he tried his luck, but the ball flew at an astonishing speed and ended up in the top corner of a helpless Gonzalo Perez de Vargas' net. It was one of his ten goals in the game (top scorer of the match) and features among the Top Goals of the quarter-finals return legs.
