Adama Keita: 'We should have done it differently'

On Sunday afternoon. Paris Saint-Germain Handball tasted defeat in their Lidl Starligue Round 23 clash in Saint-Rapahël (33-31) a few days after clinching the French league title. Jesus Gonzalez, Adama Keita et Nedim Remili reviennent sur cette rencontre.

Jesus Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball assistant coach):

"Today we did too many things wrong. We needed to be stronger in defence... We also need to be more concentrated! This is a tough moment for us in terms of our mentality. The whole club has been working hard to win these final matches, but we were too relaxed in this match. I can understand that we have no more concrete objectives this season, but we're professionals and we should win every match. We need to finish the season better than this."

Nedim Remili (Paris Saint-Germain Handball right-back):

"We didn't play a good match... we were beaten in the challenges, in defence and attack. Meanwhile Saint-Rapahël played really well. We needed to do better in order to win... We blew a lot of counter-attacks! Even though we're already champions, this first defeat of the league season is hard to accept. We need to show another side of ourselves when retake on Nîmes at home."

Adama Keita (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left-winger):

"We lacked combativeness over the whole match, even though we did better in the final ten minutes. We made too many technical errors and left us trailing all game long. That made it very hard to get back into the match. We've been Champions of France since Thursday, but we need to do better. We should have the drive and desire to win every match and remain undefeated. We spoiled things a bit..."
