Paris Saint-Germain’s Appeal Upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport
Paris Saint-Germain welcomes today the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s decision to rule in its favour.
This decision invalidates the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber’s referral of the case to the CFCB Investigatory Chamber and follows the appeal made by Paris Saint-Germain on 3 October 2018 to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The decision taken by the CFCB Investigatory Chamber on 13 June 2018 is approved and Paris Saint-Germain now intends to continue its development with confidence.
The club reiterates that it has always respected the rules and has always responded calmly and transparently to the repeated requests of UEFA and the CFCB.
