New organisational structure for men’s first team revealed

Check out the new organizational structure for the men's first team ahead of the 2022-2023 season.

Newly appointed as the club’s senior football advisor, Luis Campos has been put in charge of men’s first teamrecruitment, organisation and performance. It is his job to ensure excellence and discipline are at the heart of the PSG project. He will be assisted in his duties by Olivier Gagne, who has been named deputy director of football and will act as an invaluable point of contact for new head coach Christophe Galtier’s staff, under the supervision of Luis Campos.

Coaching staff

Galtier has brought with him a new coaching and performanceteam boasting extensive experience and with much to offer the club.

Thierry Oleksiak and Joao Sacramento have come in as assistant coaches, while Gianluca Spinelli stays on as goalkeeping coach, with Jean-Luc Aubert assisting him. Pedro Gomez is the club’s fitness coach and will be supported in his duties by Alberto Piernas. Meanwhile, Isidro Ramon heads upthe video analysis team, which also includes the video analysts Antoine Guillotin and Vincent Brunet.

Medical and performance staff

The medical team remains unchanged and will continue to be led by club doctor Christophe Baudot.

It also features Dr Quentin Vincent, with Cyril Praud heading up a physiotherapy team that also includes Frédéric Mankowski, Joffrey Martin, Gael Pasquer, Rafael Martini, Dario Fort, Diego Mantovani, club podiatrist Gaëlle Scalia,and Sandrine Jarzaguet.

Nicolas Mayer is the club’s head of performance and will be assisted by Denis Lefebve, Ricardo Rosa, Ben Michael Simpson, Maxime Coulerot and Cristoforo Filetti.
