Mbappé on target as France win in Moldova

France picked up a 4-1 win in their opening Group H UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier in Chisinau.

Les Bleus opened the scoring through Antoine Griezmann (0-1, 24'), and Raphaël Varane netted with a header shortly after (0-2, 27e). Olivier Giroud added a third before the break (0-3, 36'). Mbappé's right-foot shot into the far corner made it four (0-4, 87') before Ambros gave the hosts some consolation (1-4, 89').

Fellow Parisian Layvin Kurzawa joined Mbappé in playing the full 90 minutes.
