The morning after their 3-0 victory over Sydney FC at the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, Paris Saint-Germain returned to Shenzhen on Wednesday 31 July.
A few hours after their win, and a short night's sleep, the Paris squad first hit the road for the hour long drive between Suzhou and Shanghai airport. After a delay due to the inclement weather conditions back in Shenzhen, the squad boarded their plan for the two and a half hour flight at 13:00 local time (7am in France).
Thomas Tuchel and his players then headed back to the Raffles hotel where they began their China Tour 2019 eight days ago. The players were met by a large number of fans and also their teammates Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Angel Di Maria, Leandro Paredes and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who all arrived in China earlier in the day. The squad finally complete, Les Parisiens will now turn attentions to the Trophée des Champions 2019 against Rennes, this Saturday 3 August at 19:30 local time (13:30 in France) at the Shenzhen Universiade Sports Centre.
