Paris Saint-Germain arrived in Suzhou on Sunday and were immediately onto the football pitch or into the gym.
The players that started the friendly match against Inter Milan the previous evening in Macao stayed in the team hotel and worked out with a recovery session in the gym. After a ride on the training bikes, the 11 players worked on strengthening and stretching before doing core strength in the hotel pool.
At the same time, the rest of the squad headed to the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre for a more traditional session.
In the stadium that will host the second match of the International Super Cup against Australian champions Sydney FC on Tuesday, the players warmed up indoors before hitting the pitch with a long passing drill, rondos and small-sided games. The goalkeepers worked apart.
The French champions will return to the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre tomorrow for a second pre-match training session on Monday at 6pm (midday in France) which will be open to supporters and the media alike.
