The club from the French capital launches an exclusive collaboration with Manish Arora, one of the most celebrated and inspiring contemporary designers in the fashion world today.
Well-known for his astute craftmanship and unique play on colors, Manish Arora has collaborated with major international brands. His rich and colourful designs have been worn by international stars such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. Today, the designer is bringing his talent and originality to Paris Saint-Germain, launching a collection at Paris Fashion Week on September 27.
"From my second residence to my source of inspiration, Paris has always held a special place in my heart, both personally and professionally. With France winning the FIFA World Cup this year, I was inspired by this iconic victory in this country, and I am delighted to announce my collaboration with Paris Saint-Germain, one of the best football clubs in the world, for my next show at Fashion Week. I added my own creative style to come up with new designs, and also worked with hundreds of the team's icons such as Neymar and Mbappe to create colourful portraits representing the collection. For me, creativity has no boundaries and I really challenged myself to explore a new field", says Manish Arora.
This "pret-a-porter" collection as well as a more accessible lifestyle collaboration will be on sale from February 2019 via a targeted distribution network in China and India, in line with the internationalization strategy of the club, which recently opened offices in Doha and Singapore.
