Kevin Trapp joins Eintracht Frankfurt

The goalkeeper has signed a permanent deal at the German club.

Kevin Trapp joined Paris Saint-Germain in June 2015, and spent the 2018-2019 season on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, playing 45 matches and reaching the Europa League semi final.

The German international (3 caps) made a total of 91 appearances for the Parisians, winning two Ligue 1 titles (2016, 2018), three Coupes de France (2016, 2017 and 2018), three Coupes de la Ligue (2016, 2017 and 2018) and five Trophées des Champions (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019).

Kevin’s performances in Rouge & Bleu led to regular call-ups by Die Mannshaft over the last two years, winning the Confederations Cup 2017 in Russia with the German National Team.

The club would like to thank Kevin for his exemplary and professional service during his time at Paris Saint-Germain and wishes him all the best in the new challenges awaiting him at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he played from 2012 until 2015 before moving to Paris.
