Edouard in the Best 7!

After a thunderous performance in the final stages of Sunday's clash with Veszprém, Edouard Kempf was named as the best right-winger for Velux EHF Champions League Round 7.

Things were looking very tense as Paris Saint-Germain Handball headed into the final minutes of their clash with the Hungarian side at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin (48’: 26-25). But as the minutes ticked down, Edouard Kempf decided to take matters into his own hands. The young right-winger, a World Champion with France's U19 side in the summer, scored no fewer than six goals in the space of just ten minutes and helped his side to come out of difficult battle on top (33-28). His 6 from 7 (over the course of the whole match) drew a standing ovation from the Parisian fans and was also honoured by the EHF, who named him as the best right-winger for Round 7.
