Les Rouge et Bleu began last year's European campaign with a narrow 28-27 loss, despite the efforts of the excellent Uwe Gensheimer (10 goals). This year, Paris will look to go one better against the Zebras, on either 16 or 17 September.
A week later, the Belarus outfit Brest will be the first to visit the Stade Pierre de Coubertin and try to end Paris' 28-match undefeated home run in the Champions League.
Then in November, Paris Saint-Germain Handball goes head to head with fierce rivals Kielce and Veszprém. Add to that the matches against Nantes and Montpellier (Lidl StarLigue) in December and the end of 2017 promises to be rich in quality and emotions!
Finally, THW Kiel bring the curtain down on the group phase of the Champions League when they visit Coubertin in early March. Let's hope it's a repeat performance of last year when Paris recorded a huge 42-24 win.
