Paris Saint-Germain shares world class training expertise
The coaches met with Paris Saint-Germain coach Unai Emery before engaging with David Hernandez for an exclusive masterclass about training theory and best practices. This indoor theory session will be followed tomorrow by practical exercices on the pitch with PDL team FC Miami City.
David Hernandez, Paris Saint-Germain Training Methods Coordinator, said: 'We work hard to ensure that Paris Saint-Germain professional and youth training remain at the top of their game. After three consecutive summer tours in the US, we have witnessed first hand how much soccer is growing in this country. We have received an amazing welcome from the fans here and are delighted to have the chance today to share our expertise and hopefully help continue the development of soccer in this country.'
Since the arrival of QSI in 2011, Paris Saint-Germain has worked to structure training and give to all its teams a strong and elegant identity. The arrival of Carles Romagosa and David Hernandez at the head of Paris Saint-Germain Youth Development Academy exemplify this ambition.
With brand-new state-of-the-art training facilities by 2020, Paris Saint-Germain is aiming to become a world leader in talent development. The new complex will provide world-class conditions for talented players from the Paris region and young prospects.
